대전 가양동1구역 재개발정비사업 조감도

(서울=연합뉴스) 권혜진 기자 = SK에코플랜트는 대전 가양동 1구역 재개발정비사업을 수주했다고 16일 밝혔다.

대전 동구 가양동 176-14번지 일대에 지하 4층∼지상 35층짜리 14개동,야구 굿노트총 1천560세대 규모 아파트와 부대 복리시설을 조성하는 사업으로,총도급액은 약 5천145억원이다.

SK에코플랜트는 HDC현대산업개발과 컨소시엄을 구성해 수주했으며,각 사의 지분율은 50%씩이다.

사업지는 2028년 개통 예정인 대전 도시철도 2호선 가양역과 접한 역세권이며,KTX 대전역,대전 도시철도 1호선 대동역,대전복합터미널도 반경 약 2㎞ 거리에 있다.

주변에 흥룡초,가양초,동대전중,야구 굿노트대성여고,동아마이스터고 등이 있어 교육 여건이 좋고,야구 굿노트사업지가 속한 가양동을 비롯해 소제동 주거환경개선사업지구,야구 굿노트대전역세권 재정비촉진지구 등 인근에 다수의 대규모 정비사업이 진행 중이어서 미래 주거가치 상승도 기대된다고 SK에코플랜트는 소개했다.
