이날 비트코인 상승은 트럼프 전 대통령이 총격 사건으로 오는 11월 대선에서 승리할 가능성이 더 커졌다는 분석에 따른 것으로 풀이된다.

블룸버그 통신은 "트럼프 전 대통령 유세에서 총격 사건이 발생한 후 비트코인이 상승세를 보이고 있다"며 "이번 사건으로 트럼프의 대선 승리 가능성이 높아질 것이라는 추측이 나오고 있다"고 보도했다.
