(서울=뉴스1) 신건웅 기자 = 미국 뉴욕 증시에서 반도체주(株)가 상승하면서 '20만닉스'·'8만전자'도 가까워지고 있다.

16일 오전 9시 10분 SK하이닉스(000660)는 전일 대비 8900원(4.77%) 오른 19만5600원에 거래되고 있다.

앞서 SK하이닉스 주가는 지난 2일과 5일 미국발 경기침체 우려에 '직격탄'을 맞으며 15만 원선도 위태로웠지만,이후 8일 단 하루를 제외하고 7거래일 상승하며 20만 원선에 접근했다.급락분 대부분을 되돌렸다.

같은 시각 삼성전자(005930)도 전일 대비 1900원(2.46%) 상승한 7만9100 원에 거래 중이다.상승 폭은 SK하이닉스보다 낮지만 마찬가지로 7거래일 오르며 8만전자를 노리고 있다.

국내 반도체주 강세는 간밤 미국 증시가 반도체 업종을 중심으로 상승한 영향으로 풀이된다.

15일(현지시간) 뉴욕증시에서 슈퍼 마이크로는 전거래일보다 8.59% 급등한 626.69달러를 기록했다.엔비디아는 4.05% 오른 122.86달러로,로튼.토마토다시 시가총액 3조 달러를 돌파했다.

이외에도 AMD 4.70%,인텔 3.87%,마이크론 6.51%,로튼.토마토대만 TSMC 2.35% 상승해 반도체지수도 4% 이상 급등,로튼.토마토마감했다.
