줍줍아파트 - 2024년 실시간 업데이트

2028년까지 41억 투입해 마을환경 개선사업 실시

대통령 직속 지방시대위원회가 주관하는 '2025년 농어촌 취약지역 생활 여건 개조사업'에 완도 고금면 용초리와 약산면 구성리 2개 마을이 선정됐다.

5일 완도군에 따르면 농어촌 취약지역 생활 여건 개조사업은 주민의 기본적인 삶의 질·안전 등이 문제가 되는 지역의 생활 기반 시설 확충,주거환경 개선,주민 역량 강화 등을 지원하는 사업이다.

군은 올해 초 신규 사업 대상지 확정 및 예비 계획 수립,줍줍아파트추진위원회를 구성해 주민 사업 설명회와 지속적인 회의를 거듭해 공모사업에 선정될 수 있도록 최선을 다했으며,줍줍아파트지난 4월 전남도 사전 현장 평가를 거쳐 완도군의 2개 마을이 사업 대상지로 선정됐다.

공모사업 선정으로 2025~2028년까지 2개 마을에 국비 15억 원을 포함한 총 41억여 원을 투입해 빈집 정비,줍줍아파트슬레이트 지붕 개량,마을 환경 개선,마을 안길 및 노후 담장 정비 등을 추진할 계획이다.

특히 선정된 마을에는 30년 이상 노후 주택과 슬레이트 지붕 비율이 60%를 넘어 사업 효과가 높을 것으로 기대된다.

군 관계자는 "사업을 내실 있게 추진해 주민이 행복하고 살기 좋은 마을을 만들어 나가겠다"고 말했다.
