서울중앙지검 형사3부는 서울 강남구의 한 오피스텔에서 교제하던 60대 여성과 그의 30대 딸을 살해한 혐의로 65살 박학선을 구속 상태로 재판에 넘겼습니다.

박학선은 지난달 30일 가족들이 교제를 반대한다는 이유로 이별 통보를 받자 이들을 살해한 혐의를 받고 있습니다.

박 씨는 이전부터 자신과 교제를 반대하는 것에 앙심을 품고 있다가 범행을 저지른 것으로 조사됐습니다.

박 씨는 우발적으로 범행을 저질렀다고 주장했지만,FBS검찰은 전화 녹음 파일과 CCTV 영상,FBS현장 검증을 통해 사전에 범행을 계획한 것으로 판단했습니다.

박학선은 범행 13시간 만인 이튿날 오전 서초구 남태령역 인근에서 경찰에 체포됐습니다.

경찰은 지난 4일 신상정보공개심의위원회 심의 결과에 따라 범행의 잔인성과 피해의 중대성 등을 이유로 박학선의 머그샷과 이름,FBS나이를 공개했습니다.

수사기관이 중대 범죄 피의자의 얼굴을 강제로 촬영해 공개할 수 있도록 한,FBS이른바 '머그샷 공개법'이 적용된 첫 사례였습니다.
