다음 달부터 연 매출 1억 원이 넘는 사업자들도 세 부담이 낮은 부가가치세 간이과세 대상이 될 수 있게 됩니다.

국세청은 오늘(18일) 다음 달 1일부터 간이과세 적용을 받을 수 있는 직전 연도 공급가액 기준이 종전 '8천만 원 미만'에서 '1억 400만 원 미만'으로 상향된다고 밝혔습니다.

피부관리·네일아트 등 피부·기타미용업도 사업장 면적과 무관하게 간이과세 적용을 받을 수 있게 됩니다.

지금까지 사업장 면적이 40㎡ 이상인 특별·광역시 소재 피부·기타 미용업 사업자는 매출 수준이 기준에 적합해도 간이과세 대상이 될 수 없었습니다.

단 부동산임대업이나 과세유흥장소에 해당하는 사업장은 이전과 마찬가지로 연 매출이 4천800만 원 미만이어야 간이과세 대상입니다.

간이과세자는 세율이 1.5∼4.0%로 일반과세자 10%보다 낮습니다.

다만 세금계산서는 발급할 수 없습니다.

다음 달 1일 간이과세자로 전환되는 사업자는 24만 9천 명입니다.

간이과세 기준 완화로 지난해 14만 3천 명보다 10만 6천 명 늘었습니다.

간이과세 전환대상 중 세금계산서 필요 등 사유로 일반과세 적용을 원하는 사업자는 오는 30일까지 간이과세 포기신고서를 관할 세무서에 제출하면 됩니다.

다음 달 1일부터 개인사업자의 전자세금계산서 의무 발급 대상 기준은 직전 연도 공급가액 1억 원 이상에서 8천만 원 이상으로 확대됩니다.

새 기준에 따라 다음 달부터 전자세금계산서 발급 의무가 부여되는 개인사업자는 59만 명입니다.
