[서울=뉴시스] 박대로 기자 = 서울 송파구 마천동 마천시장 옆에 최고 39층짜리 재개발 아파트 단지가 들어선다.

서울시는 27일 제2차 도시재정비위원회 신속통합기획 정비사업 등 수권소위원회를 열고 '마천5구역 주택재개발사업'에 대한 재정비촉진계획·경관심의안을 수정 가결했다고 28일 밝혔다.

마천5구역은 서울시 송파구 마천동 45 일대(10만6514.4㎡) 거여·마천 재정비촉진지구 안에 있다.촉진지구 안에 여러 재개발 사업이 진행되고 있다.향후 성내천이 복원되면 하천과도 연결되는 지역이다.

이번에 심의를 통해 마천5구역은 2011년 촉진지구 편입 후 약 13년 만에 재개발이 확정됐다.용적률 250% 이하로 총 2041세대 규모 수변 특화 아파트 단지가 조성될 예정이다.

성내천 변으로는 20층 이하 중저층 아파트를 배치해 수변 조망이 최대한 확보되도록 했다.

마천로~남천초등학교와 거마로~마천역 보행 동선을 위해 공공보행 통로가 확보됐다.이 통로 주변으로 지역 주민이 함께 이용할 수 있는 어린이집과 경로당 등 개방형 시설을 비롯해 중앙광장,룩삼 jpop 라이브 월드컵커뮤니티시설 등이 들어선다.

마천로 변 낡은 마천2동 주민센터는 복합 청사로 변신한다.

한병용 서울시 주택정책실장은 "마천5구역을 비롯해 노후 주택이 밀집된 거여·마천 재정비촉진지구 지역 주민들에게 보다 쾌적한 주거 환경을 제공하고 양질의 주택이 조속하게 공급되도록 행정적 지원을 아끼지 않겠다"고 밝혔다.
