(광주=연합뉴스) 손상원 기자 = 광주 모든 사회복지 시설 종사자들에게 호봉제가 적용된다.

광주시는 2026년까지 시행되는 '제3기 사회복지시설 종사자 처우개선 계획'을 확정해 다음 달 1일부터 시행한다고 14일 밝혔다.

사회복지사업법에 따른 649개 복지시설,3천905명 종사자를 대상으로 총 260억원을 투입해 13개 사업을 추진한다.

그동안 호봉제 대상에서 제외됐던 아동 공동생활가정에 올해부터 호봉제를 도입하고,지역아동센터에는 5개 자치구와 최종 검토를 거쳐 적용 시기를 결정하기로 했다.

이들 시설 종사자의 호봉제 전환을 마치면 노인·장애인·여성 등 광주 모든 복지시설 종사자는 호봉제 적용을 받게 된다.

광주시는 또 종합건강검진 대상자에 대해 공가제를 도입하고,맨시티.레알가족 돌봄 휴가 적용대상자를 자녀뿐 아니라 노부모(70세 이상)까지 확대해 각각 이틀의 유급휴가를 사용할 수 있도록 했다.

경력 5년 이상 근속자에게 유급휴가(5일)를 사용할 수 있도록 했으며 내년부터 건강보험공단 건강검진 의무 대상자에게 격년으로 10만원의 검진비를 지원한다.

광주시는 2018년 1기,맨시티.레알2021년 2기 종합계획을 마련해 사회복지시설 종사자 처우개선에 힘쓰고 있다.
