A 씨는 지난 1월부터 한 달여 동안 경기 광주시에 있는 룸카페에서 4차례에 걸쳐 초등학생 여아를 성폭행한 혐의를 받습니다.

앞서 검찰은 A 씨에게 징역 12년을 구형했는데,광주 외국인 도박성인이 13세 미만 아동과 성관계할 경우 합의 여부와 상관없이 강간죄로 처벌받습니다.
