이번 희망퇴직이 최훈학 신임 대표가 취임한 뒤 전격 시행되는 점도 눈여겨볼 만하다.신세계그룹은 지난달 19일 e커머스 계열사인 SSG닷컴과 G마켓의 대표를 동시에 교체했다.최 신임 대표는 SSG닷컴에서 영업본부장(전무)을 맡아왔는데,대표 취임 뒤 조직 효율화와 수익성 강화 작업에 매진해왔다.최 대표 취임 당시 SSG닷컴은 4개 본부(D//I,영업,카지노 다시복마케팅,카지노 다시복지원) 체제를 2개 본부(D/I,영업)로 축소했다.
