회식 자리에서 술을 안 마시는 여성 직원에게 입에 있던 술을 뱉은 경남 통영시 간부 공무원이 직위해제됐다.

15일 통영시는 지역 내 동장 A씨를 품위유지의무 위반으로 직위해제했다고 밝혔다.

A씨는 지난 5일 직원들과의 회식 도중 한 여성 직원 B씨를 향해 입에 있던 술을 뱉었다.당시 B씨가 술을 못 마신다며 A씨의 술 권유를 거부하자 이런 짓을 저지른 것으로 알려졌다.

이후 B씨는 지난 8일 시에 A씨의 이같은 행위를 신고했다.

A씨는 술에 취해 기억이 안 난다는 취지의 의견을 낸 것으로 알려졌다.

시는 경남도에 A씨에 대한 징계를 요청할 계획이다.
