1등석 항공권을 구매해서 라운지 혜택만 즐긴 뒤 취소를 반복한 얌체 승객이 검찰 조사를 받게 됐습니다.

공항 출국장 안에는 1등석 항공권을 끊은 승객만 이용할 수 있는 전용 라운지가 있습니다.

소고기 스테이크 등 식사가 제공되고 샤워실과 수면실도 사용할 수 있습니다.

[대한항공 유튜브 채널]
"와~ 너무 좋은데요?여기 다리부터 등을 통해서 전신을 이렇게 마사지를 받을 수 있어요."

이런 혜택을 누리려고 1등석 항공권을 구매했다 취소를 반복한 산업부 소속 공무원이 검찰 조사를 받게 됐습니다.

실제로 탑승할 항공권으로 출국 심사를 통과한 다음 면세구역에서 1등석 항공권을 추가 구입해 혜택을 즐긴 뒤 취소하는 수법을 무려 33번 반복한 것으로 드러났습니다.

[대한항공 관계자]
"당일 취소 수수료를 부과하지 않는 제도를 악용해 고의적이고 상습적으로 항공사에 재산상 손해와 업무 방해를 초래했습니다."

이 사건 이후 대한항공은 1등석 취소 수수료와 최대 50만 원의 라운지 위약금 규정을 새로 만들었습니다.

항공사 측은 악용사례가 더 있는 것으로 파악하고 있습니다.

인천지검은 이 공무원에 대해 사기와 업무방해 혐의로 수사를 진행하고 있습니다.
