학교폭력 피해 학생 유족의 소송을 맡고도 재판에 세 번 연속 안 나타나 패소하게 만든 권경애 변호사 사건.

지난 2015년 학교 폭력에 시달리다 숨진 고 박주원 양의 어머니 이기철 씨.

가해 학생과 학교에 책임을 묻는 소송을 냈지만 7년간 법정 다툼은 패소로 끝나버렸습니다.

2심에서 진 줄도 몰라 대법원 판단을 받을 기회도 놓쳤습니다.

사건을 맡겼던 권경애 변호사가 패소 사실을 숨겼기 때문입니다.

이뿐만이 아니었습니다.

알고 봤더니 권 변호사는 재판도 제대로 나가지 않았습니다.

불출석 횟수가 1심 2차례,스타 슬롯 무료 동전2심 3차례였습니다.

법원은 오늘 권 변호사와 소속 법무법인이 공동으로 이 씨에게 위자료 5천만 원을 지급하라고 판결했습니다.

다만 소송이 이겼을 개연성이 있다고 보기 어렵다며 재산상 손해배상청구금액 1억 원은 받아들이지 않았습니다.

"대법원까지라도 갈 겁니다.그 과정이 제가 힘들고 제가 또 쓰러질 수 있지만 쓰러지지 않게 독하게…"

권 변호사는 재판 내내 한 번도 나타나지 않았습니다.

"어떠한 해명도 안 했고 사과도 안 했어요.그렇게 제가 사람의 도리를 해달라 얘기를 하는데,스타 슬롯 무료 동전듣지 않고 그냥 자기만 숨어 있는 상태입니다."

이 일로 정직 1년의 징계를 받았던 권경애 변호사는 8월부터 다시 일할 수 있습니다.
