투표에는 재적인원 1348명 중 1257명(93.25%)이 참여했다.투표 결과 찬성표가 732표(58.2%),키탐반대 514표(40.9%),무효 11표(0.9%) 순으로 집계됐다.

앞서 현대모비스 노사는 기본급 11만2000원 인상(호봉승급분 포함),키탐성과급 및 격려금 500%+1520만원,경영 성과급 400%+1000만원,핵심 경영 목표 달성 격려금 100%+현대모비스 주식 11주,글로벌 수주 확대 격려금 500만원+현대모비스 주식 20주 등의 내용을 담은 잠정합의안을 지난 9일 마련했다.

현대차 노사의 잠정 합의안과 비슷한 수준이다.현대차 노사는 기본급 4.65% 인상(11만2000원,호봉승급분 포함),2023년 경영성과금 400%+1000만원,2년 연속 최대 경영실적 달성 기념 별도 격려금 100%+280만원 지급,재래시장상품권 20만원,임금교섭 타결 관련 별도 합의 주식 5주 등을 마련했고 투표 결과 발표를 앞두고 있다.

현대모비스는 현대차와 마찬가지로 정년 연장 문제 등 사회적 합의가 필요한 사안들은 추후 논의하기로 했다.
