어제와 오늘 제주와 남부지방에는 최고 300mm가 넘는 폭우가 쏟아졌습니다.서울 등 수도권에도 80mm 안팎의 비가 내렸는데요 짧은 시간에 집중적으로 쏟아지면서 전국에서 도로와 주택 등의 침수 피해가 잇따랐습니다.또 순간 최대 초속 25m가 넘는 바람이 불면서 가로수가 쓰러지고,아파트 외벽이 뜯겨 나가는 등 강풍 피해도 속출했습니다.취재기자 연결해서 자세히 알아보겠습니다.

박건우 기자,부산경마결과서울은 비가 소강상태인데,부산경마결과남부지방은 지금 어떻습니까?

네,남부지방도 대부분 비가 내리지 않거나 흩날리는 정도입니다.

오전 한때 남부지방 대부분 지역에 발효됐던 호우주의보는 오후 들어 점차 해제되고 있습니다.

하지만 바람이 계속 강하게 불면서 해안가를 중심으로 내려진 강풍주의보는 여전히 발효되고 있습니다.

이번 장맛비는 제주 산지에 남부지방에 집중적으로 쏟아졌는데 서귀포의 진달래밭의 누적 강수량은 330mm가 넘었습니다.

많은 비가 짧은 시간에 집중되면서 전국에서 도로나 주택이 침수되거나 우수관이 역류한다는 신고가 잇따랐습니다.

또 오늘 새벽 5시 50분쯤에는 경기도 가평군 청평면의 한 하천에서는 호우로 갑자기 불어난 물에 40대 영국 남성이 고립됐다 구조되기도 했습니다.

강풍 피해도 속출했습니다.전국에서 가로수가 부러졌는데 대전에서는 쓰러진 가로수가 갓길에 주차된 차량을 덮치기도 했습니다.

또 부산과 광주 등에서 아파트와 건물의 외벽이 떨어져 나가거나 공사장 가림막이 무너지기도 했습니다.

항공기와 여객선 결항도 잇따랐습니다.

제주국제공항을 오가는 항공기 491편 가운데 출발 8편,도착 10편 등 총 18편의 운항이 취소됐습니다.

또 제주에서 완도와 진도로 향하는 여객선 운항 3척도 취소됐고 전남에서는 전날 총 53항로 80척 여객선 가운데 31항로 34척의 운항이 중단됐습니다.

행정안전부는 어제 오후 5시부터 중앙재난안전대책본부 1단계를 가동하고,부산경마결과호우 위기 경보 수준을 '관심'에서 '주의' 단계로 격상했습니다.

대부분 지역에서 오늘 오후 6시를 기점으로 비가 그치겠지만,부산경마결과전남 남해안과 경북권 남부,부산경마결과경남권,부산경마결과제주도 등에서는 밤까지도 비가 내릴 전망입니다.
