강남 거리에 유흥업소 전단지가 뿌려진 것 많이들 보셨을 겁니다.낯뜨거운 사진이 인쇄돼 있어서 자녀보기 부끄러웠다는 분들 많은데요.경찰이 이런 전단지를 뿌린 일당 41명을 붙잡았습니다.이 중엔 낮엔 구청에서 밤엔 유흥업소에서 일하는 현직 9급 공무원도 있었습니다.

인도에 바싹 붙은 채 달려가던 오토바이가 속도를 줄입니다.

뒷좌석에 앉은 남성이 무언가를 바닥에 뿌리더니 오토바이는 다시 출발합니다.

강남 일대에 골칫거리였던 유흥업소 홍보 전단지가 뿌려지는 현장입니다.

경찰은 불법 전단지를 제작 살포하고 음란행위를 알선한 혐의 등으로 41명을 붙잡았습니다.

유흥업소 관계자와 전단지 인쇄 업주,전단지를 살포한 이들입니다.

일당 중엔 유흥업소에서 일하다 공무원 시험에 합격해 현재 서울시내 구청 공무원으로 일하는 경우도 있었습니다.

적발된 공무원은 낮에는 구청에서,2017년 8월 4일 야구 경기일정밤에는 이곳 유흥업소에서 일하며 전단지를 뿌렸습니다.

"영업부장이라는 피의자들은 유흥주점에서 종사를 하면서 손님들을 유치를 하고 유흥 접객원들에게 또 안내하는 그런 알선하는 역할을 맡은 사람들입니다."

일당이 뿌린 전단지는 서울,2017년 8월 4일 야구 경기일정부산,대구 등 전국 각지에서 인쇄된 것으로 조사됐습니다.

경찰은 수사 과정에서 만취한 여성을 집단으로 성추행한 혐의가 드러난 3명을 구속했습니다.
