27일 KB국민은행은 사내 출산·육아 지원 제도를 개선했다.먼저 첫째 자녀 80만 원,우레레둘째 100만 원,우레레셋째 이후 300만 원이던 출산장려금을 1000만 원,1500만 원,우레레2000만 원으로 상향했다.또 본인·배우자 난임 치료비는 최대 500만 원에서 1000만 원으로 증액했다.
