윤 대통령 영장 청구와 관련한 국민의힘 의원의 질의에 공수처가 허위 답변을 했다는 고발 때문인데요.

검찰의 압수수색은 과천 공수처 청사에서 4시간 동안 이뤄졌습니다.
공수처가 국회에 허위 답변을 했다며 윤석열 대통령 대리인단이 오동운 공수처장 등을 고발한 사건에 대해 검찰이 강제 수사에 나선 겁니다.
앞서 공수처는 윤 대통령 사건 관련 압수수색 및 통신영장 등을 서울중앙지법에 청구했는지 묻는 주진우 국민의힘 의원의 질의에 '윤 대통령 영장을 서울중앙지법에 청구한 사실이 없다'고 회신했는데,라스베가스 공항 슬롯머신압수,선물 바카라통신영장은 청구한 사실이 드러나면서 거짓 답변 논란이 일었습니다.
