이번 공모는 갑천지구 4블록 택지를 대상으로 이뤄진다.총 5만1675㎡ 부지에 전용면적 60㎡ 이하의 공동주택 1195가구가 들어선다.전체 가구의 80% 이상을 대전 청년·신혼부부에게 공급할 예정이다.대상 택지는 서대전나들목(IC)과 대전지하철 유성온천역,국내형스포츠갑천역에 인접해 있어 세종 등 인근 지역으로의 이동이 편리하다.
