관세사무소를 운영하다가 2019년부터 법무법인 변호사로 일한 A 씨는 '관세사는 영리 목적 법인의 업무집행사원이 될 수 없다'는 관세사법 규정을 위반한 혐의로 징계위에 넘겨졌습니다.
