복지부는 적발된 운영자 15명에 대해선 기관을 폐쇄하거나 운영자를 바꾸도록 했고,취업자 18명은 해임 등을 조치했습니다.

현행법상 아동학대 관련 범죄로 형을 살거나 치료감호를 선고받은 사람은 일정 기간 아동 관련 기관을 운영하거나 취업할 수 없습니다.

적발된 기관의 명칭과 소재지는 아동권리보장원 홈페이지를 통해 1년 동안 공개됩니다.
