고위직 자녀 특혜채용 의혹 권한쟁의심판 선고

중앙선거관리위원회의 전·현직 고위직 자녀 특혜채용 의혹에 대한 감사원의 감사는 부당하다는 헌법재판소 결정이 나왔다.감사원이 헌법기관인 중선관위의 직무감찰을 할 권한이 없다는 취지다.

헌재는 27일 오전 10시 대심판정에서 선관위와 감사원 간 권한쟁의심판 선고 기일을 열어 이렇게 결정했다.앞서 지난 2023년 5월 선관위 전·현직 고위직 4명의 자녀가 경력채용 과정에서 특혜를 받았다는 의혹이 알려지자 감사원은 이에 대한 감사에 착수했다.선관위는 헌법상 독립기관이기 때문에 감사원 감사는 위법이라고 주장했고,토토 보너스감사원은 선관위 역시 직무감찰 및 인사감사 대상에 해당한다고 주장했다.선관위는 감사를 수용하면서도 지난 2023년 7월 헌재에 권한쟁의심판을 청구했다.
